As you all know, we have purchased 90 acres. We are in the process of building a house. We are expecting a baby. To say the least, our finances are under scrutiny. We have put ourselves on a budget in an attempt to get control of what we have control over. If we meet our budget each month we will reward ourselves by going to a movie or ordering pizza.
That said, Melanie entered the stage where she has had to purchase maternity clothes. She has the basics but needs more to have enough to keep from having to wash a lot. She has looked at probably every store within 50 miles that caries maternity clothes and they simply do not have anything her size, that does not cost a lot.
So, if anyone has recently been pregnant, or knows someone who was, we would appreciate knowing if you have any clothes available. We love to recycle, so this could be just another way.
In particular she is looking for shirts (M-L) to wear to work (not red or white, she has those), dresses (8), skirts (M-L) and pants (L). Sizes are estimate. Anything will be appreciated.
I don’t know where you live, but try your local Thrift Store… they often have good stuff on the cheap. Freecycle.com is a good way to find free things in your area. Also, people put lots up on ebay and shipping is fairly inexpensive. Good luck!
I just had a baby, and luckily a friend of mine was getting rid of her clothes and offered them to me. I was definitely not in the market for a new wardrobe! I’d send them your way, but I’m plus size for one, and two, I just passed mine along.
